Mark Holland, owner and lead general contractor, has been in the construction business since 1980. He was born in Gastonia and raised in Rocky Mount, NC. His involvement in the heavy commercial and industrial industry began while working with his father in Greenville, NC, learning about various construction trades, scheduling, and general business management. He moved to Raleigh, NC in the early 1990’s to raise his family and pursue a career in specialized equipment construction. Through that career, he developed and sharpened his skills in management, estimating, bidding, scheduling, sales, and business development, which notably sparked an interest in customer relationships. During that time, he also studied all facets of custom home design, assisted with home construction, and obtained his General Contractor license in 2002. Through his career, Mark has not only amassed over 27 years of business experience, he has gained hands-on experience in heating and air conditioning, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drafting / home design, and of course home building. Mark has a rare combination of life experiences which results in an impressive resume for building your custom home.
